My Journey And Expertise

Everyone thinks political longevity in the Eastern Caribbean is some kind of trick. It's not. It's strategy — tested, documented, and repeatable. I help leaders see it clearly and apply it without the missteps that take most careers off course. I wrote the book on it — literally. The Eastern Caribbean Political Power Playbook lays it all out.

Growing up in Portsmouth, Dominica, education and politics drove everything. These twin pursuits shaped my path from a small Caribbean town to the floor of the United Nations.

Three continents. Three degrees. A Bachelor's in French Studies (University of Benin, Togo). A Master's in Curriculum as a Fulbright Scholar (Emporia State University). A PhD in Education Policy and Leadership with highest honors (University of Maryland).

In 2008, a former student — now Prime Minister — invited me to serve as organizational leader and Ambassador to Venezuela, Dominica's first ally post-independence. As Senior Policy Advisor and Party Spokesman, I shaped government policy, strengthened international relations, and published insights in major media outlets.

Today, I serve as Dominica's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, championing Caribbean interests on the world stage and building bridges between the region and the international community.

Nearly two decades alongside global leaders. One published playbook on political longevity. Over a decade of groundbreaking research across ten Caribbean sovereign territories.

The result: The definitive authority on Caribbean executive leadership; and a strategic partner for leaders ready to build legacies that last. Growing up in Portsmouth, Dominica, two passions drove me: education and politics. These twin pursuits would shape my journey from a small Caribbean town to international diplomacy.
